Why should I shop at Hearts and Hellfire?
Hearts and Hellfire is a small women led business, creating beautiful things out of predominantly recycled and reclaimed fabric.

Hearts and Hellfire is small but it’s got one hell of a conscience and I do business in a way that makes me feel good… My ethics and values will always come first.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $9.95 flat rate OR free on orders over $100.

What kind of packaging do you use?
I use reclaimed, recycled or biodegradable packaging for all of my orders… Even down to the biodegradable sticky tape! I currently use HERO satchels for the bigger items, and cardboard AusPost envelopes (with tracking) for smaller items.
What is ‘Reclaimed/ Recycled fabric’?
Reclaimed and recycled fabric are fabrics that either exist in the stock in my studio or are sourced from Op Shops.
These fabrics may have lived a life prior to becoming your Hearts and Hellfire product and because of this some small imperfections may occur/ or exist in the fabrics used.
The imperfections are always minor and will NEVER impact the usability of your product – in fact, I think they add to the personality of Hearts and Hellfire goods.
What are fabric remnants?
Fabric remnants are essentially dead stock fabrics purchased from designers and manufacturers in the fashion industry. This means the fabrics are unused but the way they are purchased and resold is more sustainable than buying fabric from a wholesaler.
Do you ever use fabric that is brand new? (Not recycled, or a remnant stock)
I do use brand new fabric for my paper towels and some of the makeup wipes.

This fabric is typically 100% cotton which means it is biodegradable. Simply snip off the threads, cut the fabric into strips and place into your home compost.
What can I do if I have a question about my order?

What are your turnaround times on orders?
I try to get EVERY Hearts and Hellfire order to the post office within 3 business days of receiving the order. Most of my goods are ready to send, however – if you order a custom jacket/ tote bag this can take up to 3 weeks to dispatch.
Can I have a refund on a product if I change my mind?
No, you cannot have a refund simply for changing your mind after a purchase.
HOWEVER, if you buy a jacket and it does not fit you then I am able to provide a refund provided you send it back to me (with tracking) within 14 days. The cost of shipping will be your responsibility so please be careful when looking at the sizing of a jacket and if you’re not sure send me a message for more information.
In the very unlikely event that you believe your product has a defect message me here and I may be able to provide a solution to fix the item first (keeping in line with my zero-waste and sustainable values) and if the item is unable to be fixed then simply post it back to me (within 14 days) and I will provide a refund to you.
